Minoti Mehta and Vermillion Weddings were an absolute asset to our wedding planning journey. The main reason I chose Minoti as a wedding planner was because she was able to relate to me on a personal level and understood my vision for my wedding. What began as a routine wedding planning process, encountered several twists and turns due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Minoti was always kind but honest, and generous with her time in helping us troubleshoot different options we had to ensure we were still able to have the wedding celebrations of our dreams, when we were safe and able to do so. We were lucky enough to have her for the full planning process, including day-of coordination, and this is what I would recommend to any couple that is starting the wedding planning journey. She provided nuanced guidance along the way, listened to our questions and concerns, and also navigated the complexities particular to South Asian weddings with ease. Most importantly, throughout it all, she ensured that my wedding vision was not compromised. Our wedding celebrations were fantastic and Minoti and her team were an absolute critical aspect of our events- they were prompt, attentive, and ensured that not only us, as the couple, but also our parents and siblings were well taken care of.
